Meet the Founder
Ahmed Nuur
Founder & Lead Engineer
After more than a decade working as a qualified engineer for British Gas — servicing boilers, completing landlord gas safety certificates, and handling emergency call-outs across London — Ahmed Nuur set out to do things differently.
He saw how homeowners and landlords were routinely left waiting days for appointments, hit with vague pricing, and given little confidence in who was turning up at their door. Hey Boiler was built to fix exactly that.
With Ahmed's expertise at the core, Hey Boiler provides the same professional-grade engineering previously reserved for big corporations — but with transparent fixed pricing, same-day availability, and a team that actually picks up the phone.
