Boiler Services

We cover all 32 boroughs of London and Surrey. Not sure if we serve your area? Contact us and we’ll confirm right away.

Yes! We offer same-day emergency callouts for boiler breakdowns (subject to availability). Call us at 07722156165 to get help fast.

A standard boiler service takes about 30–45 minutes. If we notice any issues, we’ll advise you before doing any additional work.

Certificates & Compliance

Most landlords are legally required to have:
A Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) every 12 months

  • An Electrical Safety Certificate (EICR) every 5 years
  • We offer both — you can book them together or separately.

yes! The Certificate will be issued immediately after completion of the job.

Absolutely. We’re experienced with HMO requirements and can advise you on compliance.

Payments & Pricing

Yes. All prices listed on our website include VAT. What you see is what you pay — no hidden charges

You can pay by:

  • Debit or credit card (online or in person)
  • Bank transfer (on request)
  • Cash (for some services)

Yes. If you’re managing multiple properties, get in touch and we’ll create a custom package for you.

Installation & Repairs

We work with leading brands including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Baxi, and Viessmann. We’ll recommend the best one based on your home’s needs and budget.

Yes — all new installations come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5–10 years) and a 12-month workmanship guarantee from us.

At the moment, we do not offer financing — but we’re working on it. We’ll update our site when it becomes available.

Other Questions

Yes. All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered, fully trained, and insured. We never subcontract to unknown third parties.

Our standard hours are Monday–Saturday, 8am to 6pm. For emergencies outside these hours, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Just reply to your confirmation email or call us directly. We’re happy to move your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
